At 4:40 I came here to get a sandwich. The elder asian lady working behind the counter did 2 things terribly. 1. She seen me at the counter waiting approximately 5 minutes before she even approached me to get a sandwich. It took the nice gentleman in the seafood section to let me know she would be there shortly for her to even come. 2. Customer service by Jada was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Store cleanliness and organized. Easy to find items.
The store itself is great and has a wide variety of healthy products. I really enjoy shopping here because of the selection and the healthy options available. Unfortunately, my experience with the cashier, Makenzie H., was very disappointing. She lacked basic courtesy and customer service. Not only did she accidentally charge me three times for a watermelon, but I didn’t notice the mistake at checkout because I was busy taking care of my two young boys.
