I loved this store before, but this store rejected manufacture coupons and said it is photo copy. Rejecting mine became a good thing that a cashier did. There is no policy said printed from manufacturer’s website is not allowed. No words mentioned the printed coupon on the website. I will give 0 point for this store forever. Low speed checkout process, especially always only 1 lane opened.

Had an issue with one of the Sprouts brand products and was able to reach out to the store manager Willie. He was super nice and was able to address the issue right away. I've been shopping this store since it first opened and have always liked their produce, meats, and seafood. Very good quality for the price. This was the first time that I had a problem but they resolved it to my satisfaction. Thanks Willie!
