Stopped by Sprouts today and was really impressed by the setup in the store. The sales ambassador was doing way more than just handing out samples, and omg, he was practically running a full mini-cafe. Got to try some pumpkin and apple snaps, pumpkin maple pretzels, and a really fresh turkey sandwich on sourdough. The highlight was definitely the cold brew—he was mixing them to order in shakers with your choice of salted caramel cream or pumpkin spice. The staff is amazing and super helpful. That’s a huge leg up on, I don’t know, say every single other business in Yuma, so good job there. Buuut This is relative, it’s still Yuma so it’s still totally floundering just not as bad. 3/10 instead of 1/10 type of leg up —still nothing to celebrate. Unfortunately, the food (especially produce) is just as rotten as frys, Albertsons or Walmart produce, except those places allow over the phone refunds. Never had a bad an experience as a customer but today I witnessed I’m assuming the manager or supervisor that was rude to a new store associate they guy looked nervous to be around her. Treat your employees better.
1st this isnt a advertising add for me this has got to be the best grocery store in town 2 managers helped me the whole time I was there glad to know the produce is fresh and so crisp the mangos are juicy, and the peanut butter minis in the white bin area are my favorite for now on I made a cake for my crew at my shop at vida for me customz. Will be continuing to shop there for now on , no more food city for me!., greatly appreciated to Mr. Produce manager and Mr. Bulk manager you guys are awesome and very knowledgeable
