Not sure why this sprouts went so downhill, but every single time I go here I have to come back and return something. We stopped buying meat here because it always smells sour upon opening, way before the expiration date. Today? It’s the beef broth! I go to open it and it’s already been opened and appears to have been returned. We will unfortunately not be going back here.
Sprouts is my favourite supermarket to shop in, since it caters so well for someone that is coeliac like me. Everything is so clearly labelled and the organic food is great for anyone that prefers to eat naturally, and low-fodmap. As I'm from the UK, I was absolutely amazed by the customer service in US stores, especially in this specific store, where Aurora was super friendly and we had a genuine chat about our days, the UK, and her going to Scotland. Marc at Sprouts deserves a shoutout! He is genuinely one of the sweetest people and always makes the BEST samples. Everything he makes is so delicious and you can tell he puts so much care into what he does. For my boyfriend’s birthday, Marc went above and beyond and even made him a special dessert. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it absolutely made his birthday extra special. You don’t come across people who put that much heart into their work every day. Sprouts is lucky to have him!
