Updated review from 11/29 There was an unfortunate delay with the inbound NYC bus arrival which left riders without explanation in the freezing cold. However, the driver did makeup 46 minutes of the 1 hour loss. In fairness this is typically a reliable and modestly priced mode of travel from VA--NY. Deducting 1 star because communication and coordination could be better.
