Love traveling on this bus and the driver Darrin is Great
I have been looking for a bus that had a clean bathroom, clean unbroken chairs and just a nice relaxing environment and I found it!!! Sprinter bus has it all. Great bus driver Caption Lee is the best!!! My trip was very Pleasant. Best Bus in town.
This company used to be organized but lately it is a mess when you have to board the bus. Specially in NYC, there is no rules anymore.
One day I missed my bus , and they wanted me to pay $30 extra for a other ticket.when other company let you travel the next day .I ended up buying a new ticket .
