I traveled sprinterbus quite a few times this round trip was diffrent. The trip up to NY the driver had the bus freezing and when the whole bus was complaining did nothing. But trip down to VA opposite ac barely working its hot and miserable! Also they had no wifi both routes smh
The buses are so freaking tight and tiny
Ive been using Sprinter bus for over 6yrs and I don't have a complaint. First come first served. It goes by a ticket system and that's better because people like to jump the line. So it goes according to elderly first & handicap & children, then it goes in the order of your number. This is only for Virginia Beach. In nyc times Square it's first on line. Its reasonable price for your ticket. Its great for a quick trip to nyc. Only 1 stop in Dover then time square. Not bad.
Nov 30, 2025 Departure to NYC I sent this message below to Sprinter about the bus seating arrangement, but didn’t get a reply. So disappointed about arrangement— unsystematic/disorganized. We came early at 10 pm as advised by the person at the main office in Virginia Beach to guarantee we can get seats closer to the door as I have a companion who has a hard time walking, instead we were seated almost at the end of the bus near the bathroom as passengers were already spread out in the bus.
