2020 Sprinter for 15 performed well. Comfortable and handled well, even to dodge a deer. Infotainment so many options you will want to take time to learn it. Was able to bluetooth my cell for music. Room in rear for the luggage of our group of 13. Automatic speed control needs precise operation as the base of the button changes speed 5 mph and and the tippy-top of it changes it by 1 mph, but I used it a lot. Few other vehicles would have let us enjoy touring the southwest together as a family.
I’ve used Sprinter Rentals twice. They are dependable and on time for delivery and pick-up. Vans were good and they are very responsive via text. Just be aware that the that some things may be missing like a tv remote or tire jack. If they are, Sprinter Rentals did offer to reimburse me for things missing that I wanted to pick up. At the same time, roadside service is included, and today, most people have access to an iPad or phone for watching movies on a long trip.
