The day before my trip they canceled the booking due to 'unforeseen circumstances'.. and offered no alternative vehicles
We recently rented an extended van to go from NJ to Colorado round trip. The van was great. All modern safety equipment was on the van and it was exactly as advertised. No lines, everything was done on line and picked up on a holiday weekend. I would definitely rent again.

Very unfortunate outcome dealing with this company. I went online and reserved a sprinter van in MARCH. Paid my deposit and received ZERO correspondence from the company/host about the booking. We're now in MAY and still I have not heard from anyone. No confirmation email, no phone calls. ZILCH. Do not try booking with this company!!!
Van pickup was smooth and easy. Very responsive through texts. I would give 5 stars, but we asked for two booster seats in our reservation, but there were none in the van when we picked it up. We had to go.get our own.
