Sprinter-rentals made this rental easy and affordable. Pick-up was convenient and drop off was more convenient. Contact with the company while using the van was easy, text and phone call, and they were always responsive, day and night. The van itself, 2024 Mercedes 15 seater, was clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised. No additional hidden fees. It was awesome. Definitely going to use this company again. 5 stars.
Price was fair and van worked great. This was the first time I used Sprinter Rentals and will use them again. Nelson was a good host. He was responsive to questions within 24 hours. You can also email the company and they will respond to you within a day which is great.
The rental was exceptional,pick up was easy. My family and kids loved it enough room for everyone . Will definitely use this service again when needed.
Once the issues with the website were resolved the entire process was easy.
