Can you guys fix the "Ask Stacy" ? It is glitching and not responding to the click. This service is just pain.

DO NOT USE! They charge you $40 for each state tax, and only tell you to mail your forms after you've made your payments!!!!
Worst thing I have ever used. Customer service feels like retarded or just to be retarded in purpose so they don’t have to solve any of your problems.
They don't have customer service. The robot doesn't understand any of the question and the people that apparently work there don't either. I wasted 96$.
