I just had to thank Donnie...my phone over heated and "froze" on one screen for over an hour...I was a bit panicked...He fixed it right away 😊 SO THANKFUL!
Yes I went into one of your stores to make my first payment today & had a question and what to do about the constant pop up not only were very friendly they completely understood my problem, corrected & showed me the apps that were causing my pop ups too keep appearing, and again happy to be a T-Mobile customer one month cant say that about one of competitors one month in I wanted to leave them , as for another one of your competitors I didn't care for there customer service
If I could give zero stars, I would. Was with AT&T for 15 years. T Moble sent a flyer in the mail advertising 2 lines for $60. 55 and older offer. Went to store and after all was said and done, the best desl they could give me was $100 a month for 2 lines. We took it since we were paying $144 a month with AT&T. Well... next month comes... we did not receive a bill, they charged a late fee, a reactivation fee and now we are being told our bill is going to be $144 a month. This place is deceptive! BEWARE!
