Just came in a couple months back. Abraham helped get me set up in no time for my family plan, and ever since, all our new iPhones are working flawlessly. I got an Ipad included for free as well! His knowledge on all the phones and specs helped us chose the right phones for the right price. Overall very happy with the customer service I received. 10x better than the 196th Sprint store!!!
Abraham helped me get me my first ever iPhone. I just switched over from Verizon and I was paying 120 a month for my one line! Now I'm down to 60 bucks, plus I got an iPhone 11 for free. They have a credit union offer so with my BECU I was also able to get a free hundred bucks, just for signing up. Glad I switched, I cut my bill in half and have a free iPhone all thanks to Abraham. Best customer service I've had in a while.

Recently came in and switched my whole family over to Sprint. Jerry and Dylan were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. They set up all our new iPhones and explained everything in a way my husband and I understood. Great customer service! 10/10
If I could give this store zero stars, I would. The staff here seem so clueless and add on every expensive upgrade without telling their customers. The messed up my account so bad that I'm not able to get into it on my phone. I absolutely hate coming to this location, and I would avoid it if possible.
