Carol and her team are great to work with. We used them for 8 years. Always on time. They had many clients in our neighborhood.
I just bought a home and the sprinkler system hasn’t been regularly used in a few years. I asked Sprinkler Doctor to come out and open the system, etc. Jordan (technician) was excellent. HE was honest, straightforward with the work that needed to be done, and made the process easy. Pricing is also fair and reasonable.
Was soooooo very disappointed in the lack of care I was given as a 4 year customer. Tech did not follow the instructions to program the system properly as the previous tech (Austin, who is wonderful) always did. So I spent over $5,000 four years ago to install the system and paid for 4 years of service, to basically be ignored. Was refunded part of this years service which is not helpful. Very, disappointing, I would not recommend! I would give 0 stars if I could
