Ordered an end table from Springwater Woodcraft at the beginning of November through Simon’s. No updates on when it is likely to arrive. Tracking number has been provided since November 23 but just states a label has been created. I have been in touch with simons but they also not receiving a response from this company. Annoyingly I really wanted the bench, but looks like I’m just going to have to cancel the order. EDIT: Springwater woodcraft put everything right.
