Great Canadian company! Great people, great products, great customer service.
Ordered an end table from Springwater Woodcraft at the beginning of November through Simon’s. No updates on when it is likely to arrive. Tracking number has been provided since November 23 but just states a label has been created. I have been in touch with simons but they also not receiving a response from this company. Annoyingly I really wanted the bench, but looks like I’m just going to have to cancel the order. EDIT: Springwater woodcraft put everything right. Excellent Furniture!
Went to pickup a bunch of tongue and groove pine this place is a complete rip off! Stock was milled uneven,warped and chipped badly.Had ro rent a trailer drive 1.5hrs and this owner is a complete ignorant unprofessional buisness
