Awful experience all round. The job was simple- remove concrete slabs and replace with cemented new ones to a 3x6m plan to fit gazebo. Ended up with wonky, uneven and unequal slabs that were not fixed properly and barely run away from the house sufficiently to take away rainwater. Owner lacks expertise, despite supposedly many years of running the business, to quality check the work done or direct efficient/effective working practices.
