Many complaints of neglect.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DEPOSIT, I DID, AND MY FATHER DIED 5 DAYS AFTER THEY CASHED THE CHECK, BUT BEFORE HIS 30 DAY NOTICE WAS UP AT THE OTHER HOME. NOW SHANE REFUSES TO RETURN THE DEPOSIT. SHAMEFUL THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS. STILL HOPING THEY WILL NOT HAVE TO BE SUED FOR A REFUND
My aunt was so happy here. The owner has three assisted homes and he’s there everyday. I highly recommend this business; your loved one will be will taken care of. My Aunt started out at another one of the owners home but when she became too ill; she was moved to this home where she received additional care. My family and I are very grateful.
Think twice!! Rates as a facility that routinely will purge residents that are "difficult" using hospitalization as the time when your elderly is kicked out our threatened to be kicked out (reference AZCENTRAL News, statewide complaints up 57%, 5/15/16). Employee's complain openly about your loved one if they do not fit a certain expected behavior pattern. Frequently if not weekly make suggestions to "up" medication dosages if your loved one was too much to handle, offering sedation as the solution "for their own safety". Do... read more
