My mom has been at Springpoint Living for a few months. The staff are always kind and helpful. The food is great. The building is always beautiful and clean. There are plenty of activities to keep her engaged.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father who is a new resident. He greatly appreciates that the staff, from sales to direction, nursing, aids, entertainment and dining, top down, take the time to listen to him, and treat him with respect. He feels safe, listened to and cared for. He is a fan of the food which goes a long way as well, eating in a dining room that is elegantly decorated. His room is in a great location, is very clean and has modern brand-new updates throughout. All of the facilities are new and bright an... read more
