Kay and I were members almost since the inception of the program. In 2019 Kay broke her shoulder and we needed home health helpers which Cadbury( @ the time) provided. When Covid came along, we had no helpers for a period. After Covid Kay went on hospice and we had home health aides from Springpoint until she died. The service from Springpoint was excellent particularly the help of the navigator. Maria Elena helped us every step of the way including enrolling in Medicare.
Has been amazing for my mother and our family. Knowing Springpoint would be there whenever needed has been important. At 97 mom began to need assistance & having care navigator Joan so familiar with us was important. They have great resources for any stage & are very caring. Moms Platinum plan worth every penny & much better than LTC I have seen. Highly recommend.
