The rehab facility and staff were amazingly helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. PT , OT and social work (thank you , Tracey!) were super helpful and respectful and all the needs and questions we had. I would highly recommend the rehab facility.
We had a great experience we couldn’t have asked for a better place for mom to recover and receive rehab. The few issues we did run into staff was attentive and quick to resolve with the help of Tracy in social services Angela the unit manager and Joelle the director of nursing they were all helpful and resolved the issues quickly. Angela checked on mom and was caring and friendly with a gentle bedside manner and made mom feel comfortable when dealing with any issue she had.
