I do not recommend. Employer’s or the manager has no business ethic. I spoke to an employee that was very rude on the phone. I told her my loan amount remaining doesn’t seem accurate, and I can’t see my loan amount on the app. Which means I do not know my payoff progress. She told me the amount and I told her that’s not correct. She started yelling over the phone. I asked to speak to her manager, and she yelled “find” them transferred me. I called today & was turned away, I asked the women who answered the phone what was the criteria they needed for me to qualify for a loan? She said a picture of my id & my most recent pay stub. My most recent was back in February, I told her I was on disability she then proceeded to cut me off then said “no we won’t accept you” .
