Excellent service with knowledgeable friendly people
Writing this review for a friend who wishes to remain anonymous. He applied for a loan online then was rushed into the branch and told to bring documents. I told him I thought it was odd that they would rush him in without an approval... they even stayed open late waiting for him! On arrival they requested more documents which ok that makes sense but he was unable to provide them right at that moment. He let them know he can come back in the next day. Following day he followed up and the reps either hung up on him or forward... read more
