Very unprofessional and should be reported to The Better Business Bureau sap ASAP
Don’t think I’ve ever felt less valued as a customer than I did trying to work with Lendmark Chula Vista. Missed out on 2 cars due to their delayed paperwork filing. Never, ever, received a call back from them updating me on the status of my application, though I was promised during every call. Ultimately got a car from a different dealership, and a different financing company. It’s unfortunate that Kodak I auto dealership is tied to them.

I’ve done two car loans with this branch and the only time they will return my calls is when they get paid for doing the initial loan. Customer service is horrible here. They always act like you’re inconveniencing them when you call for anything. I complained several times because they don’t call me back and they have a defensive attitude when you call to get questions answered or payoff quotes etc. If you are this miserable at your job please get a new one. How can we build our credit with no help. Especially during pandemic and inflation, our credit is not good but that's why we're trying to fix it. But can't with companies like this.
