I have nothing nice to say about these people. I got a letter saying I'm pre-approved for a loan even have a code to give them saying I was and they say we can't help you. This is very much so false advertising. Don't claim people are pre-approved and then not help them. Even in the fine print I saw nothing stating that it could potentially change. Don't expect to get help if you need it.
