This isn't really 1 STAR, I didn't have the ability to choose negative STARS. ⭐ My mother was admitted to Springhill Village for rehabilitation after spending a couple of weeks in Union Hospital following a scary collapse. Great place for extended stay, rehab or a residence for final days. Caring employees make Springhill Village a level above normal expectations.

Recently (march 2026) my mil was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer that had spead everywhere. We chose springhill for her care. Never again. They "lost" her cellphone to start off with. Then I was trying to coordinate transportation to upcoming doctor appointments and was told that it was the facility's responsibility to do so. But they were not aware of any of her doctors any of her appointments nothing and could not point me to who was. But could tell me they are unaware of any of the appointment. I was only in town for a short visit with my gran, but in that short time I saw enough to know she’s in the right place. One moment really stuck with me. Gran’s call light went off because she needed to use the restroom, and before a nurse even reached the door, the Activity Director stepped in without hesitation.
