I had a family member here and the care was subpar. I tried to reach out to the executive director and she was extremely unprofessional. I tried to talk to the maintenance person about my loved ones bed and he was very unprofessional. Stay away from this place because they do not care about your loved ones.
I had my wife go to SPRINGHILL Village from February to May 1st 2025 for respite for me of 27 years of caring for her. During that 81 days they lost her clothes her wheelchair, messed up her rehab schedules for PT and disappointed our expectations of her care of cleanliness, lack of attention, and the communications from the upper staff of nurses to head nurse and managment was sub par at most! DO NOT RECOMMEND Family was there in 2022 and had a good experience but it has gone downhill since then. Horrible experience with a family member that was there recently for physical therapy rehab. One evening, the nurse did not dispense evening lifesaving medications and there does not appear to be any type of internal controls in place that elevated this failure to a senior employee or to corporate.
