We had some issues with our trampoline that we bought at this store. When I contacted the corporate warranty department, we were dismissed immediately without conversation for some technical reason, without any suggestions on what we could do to fix. I was very unhappy. However, the Southlake store reached out and talked with me about the issues and we came to a great resolution. I can't even express how much I appreciate their customer service.
