excellent services, very friendly staff. The frame of my glasses was broken, they tracked down the vendor and ordered a new one quickly even though the frame is an old one.
Terrible staff. Doctor OK but the rest of the place is absolutely terrible. Every time I went, I had to cheer them up. Whenever I expressed disappointment with my order it had to be like talking to children so that I could get action without hurting their feelings. The first time, they broke the lenses, then they lost my frames then 6 months later they call and say, your glasses are ready. But they pulled a switch a roo and delivered a different color of frame.
