Been waiting almost 4 months for my income tax return. Called two weeks ago and was told it was in the batch going out the following week, still nothing. Oddly enough, my property tax bill was on time. This city is ran by morons. Pushing lifelong taxpaying citizens out!
They calculated my local income tax wrong and I ended up paying more expensive tax bill. Took them months to get it fixed. Also, once in a while, I usually drop off my water bills and check payment on their blue mailbox. A month later, they sent me termination notice and said that I never pay my bills! I always pay my bills on time. The staff probably never bothered looking at their mailbox. Not satisfied with the service.
