I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, but unfortunately I can review without a star rating. The place is awful. Its dirty, very unhygienic. The relative of mine that was here for only a few weeks went downhill from arrival. I was so glad when we found a much nicer place for her. I wouldn't kennel a dog here!
In the past 5 months of my mum living there she has completely changed.. she is comfortable and happy..making friends and well cared for by the staff.. she has become a close friend of a carer called linda and they all have my greatest respect
Staff very friendly, residents well cared for, always a warm welcome when ever we have visited,with a offer of tea or coffee. The home is clean and offers several activities for the residents
