In all my years of getting my taxes done, I’ve never been treated with such disregard. I met with Ellen Springer on May 8 for about an hour to get acquainted and discuss our tax preps, a good meeting. But it went downhill from there. This is the worst tax service we ever received! We were charged 2,000 dollars for her to tell us we owed more than 3,000 dollars! BEWARE…
