I am in disbelief at the level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity I experienced with this business. On 7/14, I booked a 90-minute prenatal massage for 7/20 at 2:45 p.m.—six days in advance. At 12:35 p.m. on the day of my appointment, just over two hours before I was scheduled to arrive, I received a phone call informing me that Suzanne Best had overbooked herself and would not be able to perform my prenatal massage.
