Spring Brook Village is one of the best Independent Living Senior apartment communities you will find. It has spacious floor plans, a great community room with an outdoor courtyard, plenty of activities, and great management!!!
I lived at the Springbrook Village Apartments for three years and have since moved out of state. Although it is for residents aged 55+, I was closer to the age of the residents' visiting children. Even with yearly rental increases, it was more reasonable than other places comparatively, and has underground garage parking which was high on my priority list when apartment searching.
