Spring Brook Village is one of the best Independent Living Senior apartment communities you will find. It has spacious floor plans, a great community room with an outdoor courtyard, plenty of activities, and great management!!!
I lived at the Springbrook Village Apartments for three years and have since moved out of state. Although it is for residents aged 55+, I was closer to the age of the residents' visiting children. Even with yearly rental increases, it was more reasonable than other places comparatively, and has underground garage parking which was high on my priority list when apartment searching. Springbrook Village Apartments was a beautiful place for my grandma. The facility was always clean and welcoming with residents and staff. Ashley, the manager, is a very kind soul and was an amazing person to work with throughout the entire experience - from move in to move out. They have a family like atmosphere and every resident would greet you in the hall.
