Sam and Robin were great. Very patient and caring with my mother.
We had a positive experience with Springbrook this past week. Everyone was so helpful and passionate about what their specific specialty was and made our stay so positive
I have been visiting Springrook Center for a couple of weeks and so I am still learning my way around. Each time i ask someone for a bit of assistance, that person is very cheerful, eager to assist and gets me going on the next step. Appreciate them all!
I want to commend Michelle, the head of the dining services, for the wonderful Labor Day barbecue we had barbecue chicken, potato salad, coleslaw, lobster bisque, and watermelon!! Yum!! Their meals are very good!!
Everyone seemed friendly, the nurse & Dr came in and took care of his bandages and saw him making sure he’s ok and doing well, I was not impressed when my dear friend went to an appt at 9:30 and his left foot is suppose to be elevated and at 5;30 was still not elevated what’s wrong with his nurse do 1st things first nurse not assigning a new patient to the facility, not impressed, the food is horrible he said plain nothing adding a lousy hamburger & nothing on it, the cook needs to learn how to cook or get a new cook to cook... read more
