Called up there today about my uncle sitting in bed with hip pain and they put a lidocaine patch on and gave him Tylenol yesterday. Basically refusing to do a X-ray of his hip and making him suffer. You have to be there everyday to see the truth about this place and the care people receive. Don’t trust the google reviews or the awards they get.
As a concerned family member who is a resident at Springbrook nursing home/rehab I feel compelled to write a review regarding the quality of care, and the living conditions at this facility. The care provided by the nurses is good, Carolyn and Katelyn are excellent caregivers, they are compassionate, they need to recognized for their kindness, and quality bedside care. They are treating my grandfather horribly. I have to take him out and provide him care at home out of pocket.
