Spring Blinds has outstanding customer service & delivers a high quality, solid product! For many years, we've ordered a multitude of blinds from Spring Blinds & have always appreciated the array of blind styles, color selections & exceptional workmanship! Most recently we had to replace two outdoor solar shades that were destroyed during hurricane Helene. MK was very generous to give us a discount code to reorder these shades. Many thanks.

This company is a hidden gem!! I have now purchased window coverings for my last two homes, and would again without considering anyone else. Custom product, easy to install, high quality. A very broad selection of colors and fabrics...I could write a novel... Great warrantee, although I've NEVER had to use it. Almost 30 units total installed. And my first purchase was because of price, little did I know how good they would look and be. They are still below the market average in price, but far and away, best value per dollar ... read more
Customer service was superb and blinds were excellent quality. I worked with MK, and she always responded very quickly. I shopped around. I walked into several big name blind stores and sales people just wanted to sell. I didn't know there were so many factors to consider when installing blinds, and MK took time and explained to me so well. The price was a big factor as well. Price was much lower than the big name stores. Because of these reasons, I decided to go with this company.
My husband and I ordered motorized blinds from SpringBlinds and installed them our self. The support team at SpringBlinds were amazing at helping us complete our task. We ran into several issues with the installation, however; the customer service was very patient with us and continued helping us until the installation was completed to our satisfaction.
