I was looking for a physiotherapist to help me return to high impact exercise postpartum and I can't recommend Karen enough. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and then makes recommendations based on the latest evidence-based practices. She also writes everything down so when I leave I know exactly what exercises to do and how to perform them correctly.

Karen has been an excellent physiotherapist, over the years having done high level sports as a teenager I have had the fortune/misfortune to have used many outstanding physiotherapists who have keep my body going and let me get the results I could.
