I’ve worked with her on and off for a few years working through the mental and physical hurdles of pelvic pain, and more recently she helped me with preparing for childbirth. I had a lot of pain and discomfort in my right shoulder and after a few months of therapy with Andrew in his clinic I have been feeling much better and a lot less pain. It is one of the best clinics to go for treatment.
Anjali is thorough, personable and very knowledgeable. She has helped alleviate knee and shoulder pain that I’ve been experiencing for a very long time. She ensures that I’m comfortable during treatment and that the exercises I have are simple and helpful. I highly recommend booking a physio appointment with her!
Friendly knowledgeable service
I was looking for a physiotherapist to help me return to high impact exercise postpartum and I can't recommend Karen enough. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and then makes recommendations based on the latest evidence-based practices. She also writes everything down so when I leave I know exactly what exercises to do and how to perform them correctly.
