My father was moved here last year and although as a care home its wonderful, and he enjoyed socialising with other residents and staff, as a home for anyone that needs end of life care, its sadly not. My father needed EOL care but also mental stimulation with residents in a care home, we chose Springbank being advised they could deal with the EOL care, medication he would eventually need ( in fact 2 weeks since moving in there) with district nurses whom they could call, although not on site. In the short time my dad has been a resident at Springbank he has settled well into his new surroundings. He’s been made to feel so welcome and comfortable from day one. He’s very happy and content and loves to get involved with the daily activities arranged and the regular trips out. I’ve found all staff to be welcoming, very helpful, compassionate, understanding, considerate and happy in what they do. Exceptional care for my dad with his dementia needs.

I visited Springbank a couple of months ago and found the staff most welcoming and helpful. The home was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The residents all seemed happy and well cared for. There were activities going on and some residents simply enjoying their surroundings. All in all it deserves 5stars
Staff and management went above and beyond to make my mum's stay at Spring Bank as welcoming, comfortable and caring as possible. When we learned just before her arrival that her care was going to need to be palliative, the appropriate care was put in place, and she was treated with dignity and respect throughout.
