I used to work here, and when I started, I thought how nice it was with such an open concept, nice natural lighting for residents. That’s about the only nice thing about the place. Unfortunately neglect is becoming more of an issue here as I’ve heard from recent staff and recent reviews. I am Kathy Rosselli. Thank you to the residents and families for letting Darlene and I take care of your your loved ones salon services for the past 4+yrs. As soon as we opened salon door we had a crowd. The salon was full of laughter, singing and dancing. Also and foremost our professionalism. To our resident friends and their families at Spring Village , Dover N.H. Tuesday, September 23, 2025 was my last day working in the salon! We received a email from the director of nursing telling us that they no longer needed our services! Unfortunately, they did not appreciate us being advocates for your loved ones! We will miss the singing, dance parties and their laughs every Tuesday! I so enjoyed learning about their lives and families! I loved making them smile!!
