I had an amazing experience the attention the service the care they provided my mother was very accommodating most importantly the patience the staff had with my mother to be able to understand my mothers needs and wants to be able to communicate her needs knowing there was a language barrier my mother only speaks Spanish the staff was very kind made her feel at home ..
My husband was dropped off by the ambulance and left to his own devices. No one even checked on him. There was no place to sit, and everything was piled on the bed so he could not lie down. The deciding factor when he went to the bathroom. The toilet was covered with feces. YUK!!! Terrible attitude.
