I have a very physical and stressful job in healthcare and carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, neck and back. The massage I received was so therapeutic. It was not the kind of massage you can sleep through - more like a massage you have to breathe through with the deep pressure. I think every one of the knots and all of the tension was worked out of my back, shoulders and neck..
