Spring Oak Assisted Living offers a welcoming atmosphere with staff who are friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. They partner closely with families through ongoing communication that builds trust and confidence. Our mother has resided there for three years in their Memory Care unit.

Great staff, very caring and attentive. Management and staff are dedicated to helping the residents thrive mentally and physically. Nice facility, well kept, and reasonably priced. I feel that I made a really good choice for my mom’s care.

Spring Oak Tricities has been a fantastic home to my mother. Their memory care unit goes above and beyond to keep her busy and engaged each and every day. The facility is always clean and inviting, making the residents truly feel at home. We've had zero concerns for her safety and well being while under the care of Spring Oak. Management and Staff have taken a difficult transition and made it worry free.

The staff is very attentive and motivated to answer my questions. The site appears clean and free from clutter. The residents seem contented. Upper management is consistently helpful and available to answer my questions. The team makes an effort to provide good respite care and walks you through the process with ease. I feel confident that I can look to Spring Oak at Tri-Cities to provide respite care for my family member in the future
