Our experience in transitioning my 96 year old parent has been exceptional. As soon as a decision was made to move her from independent living, we were put in contact with Ginia Lewis. Ginia was wonderful, caring, and attentive. When we arrived, Ginia was prepared and very informed on details for my mother. We appreciate Ginia and all her assistance. We left feeling comforted that my parents is in very good hands.
Spring Oak Assisted Living offers a welcoming atmosphere with staff who are friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. They partner closely with families through ongoing communication that builds trust and confidence. Our mother has resided there for three years in their Memory Care unit.
Great staff, very caring and attentive. Management and staff are dedicated to helping the residents thrive mentally and physically. Nice facility, well kept, and reasonably priced. I feel that I made a really good choice for my mom’s care.
