Excellent experience I was very nervous at first, but Sarah helped me relax and reassured me throughout the process. She did an awesome job with my microbladed eyebrows. She was very gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and I’m beyond satisfied. Thanks again!

The service itself was okay, but the way they market and push additional products or services feels uncomfortable. If a customer has already chosen a service, just focus on delivering that without repeatedly pressuring them to opt for more. If you genuinely want to offer something extra, it's fine to mention it once or twice , but anything beyond that feels forced
My family and I have been coming here for close to ten years and the service has been exceptional. Rekha and Fatima at the Ontario St location are genuinely the best at what they do. Highly recommend!!!
