The service itself was okay, but the way they market and push additional products or services feels uncomfortable. If a customer has already chosen a service, just focus on delivering that without repeatedly pressuring them to opt for more. If you genuinely want to offer something extra, it's fine to mention it once or twice , but anything beyond that feels forced
