My husband and I recently toured Springmill KinderCare, and unfortunately, our experience left us with several concerns. When we arrived, the parking lot was almost empty, which made us question whether the center was even open. Inside, the office lights were off, and the halls felt unusually quiet and empty. I sent my daughter in when she was 6 months old. It was her first time to be away from me. I was nervous about my decision because l learned that the center was experiencing staffing changes and I cannot anticipate what it means to my daughter. I chose to keep positive and assumed time would tell if I made a good decision. I want to shout out to Ms Cherrie and Mr Elijah! I have been sending my kids to this location for over 4 years now. The director Mr. Elijah truly loves his job and cares about the kids. He is a true baby whisperer. Ms. Monica had been with my kids for a few years now in different classrooms and she is a great teacher. They have been working hard to keep a regular staff with several of the staff being there for over a year. My kids always come home and tell us all the fun things they did and learned that day.

We've been here for 4 months, and have loved it! My ten month old seems to have a great relationship with the staff and genuinely seems happy there! The director, Mr Elijah, truly seems to care about the center, staff, children, and parents and it puts my mind and heart at ease every day my son is there. Miss Stephanie, Miss Cherrie, and Miss Ceara are so warm, loving, and attentive in the infant room and my son loves them all. I am so grateful for this center!

It is a smaller center right now and it has worked perfectly for my son who gets overwhelmed easily. Elijah, the director, has been absolutely wonderful and Ms. Monica the preschool teacher is fabulous with the children and sends updates and pictures throughout the whole day so I can see how my son is doing. My son loves going here and I am absolutely thrilled about it.
