We've been here for 4 months, and have loved it! My ten month old seems to have a great relationship with the staff and genuinely seems happy there! The director, Mr Elijah, truly seems to care about the center, staff, children, and parents and it puts my mind and heart at ease every day my son is there. Miss Stephanie, Miss Cherrie, and Miss Ceara are so warm, loving, and attentive in the infant room and my son loves them all. I am so grateful for this center!
It is a smaller center right now and it has worked perfectly for my son who gets overwhelmed easily. Elijah, the director, has been absolutely wonderful and Ms. Monica the preschool teacher is fabulous with the children and sends updates and pictures throughout the whole day so I can see how my son is doing. My son loves going here and I am absolutely thrilled about it.
My daughter has been at this daycare for almost a year now and we enjoy it! We went through a phase where we had a director leave and we got a new one and we had turn over on teachers. I was honestly worried for a little bit but we stuck it out! Mr. Elijah is great! He has brought on some wonderful new teachers and staff. He has really turned it around in the last few months! We have been with Kindercare for 3 years, and at this specific location for almost 2. As reflected in other comments, we have experienced a lot of turnover and decided to stay because the staff who remained were always welcoming, in what I am sure was very stressful time for them. Our son loves school and is learning so much. We receive multiple updates a day through the app and it is a joy as a parent to see him playing and learning. Update: unfortunately in August, 2024, the director along with a few teachers that we adored so much left. With the turnover we experienced in the past, we decided to leave as we no longer felt like our kids needs were being met. We have two kids at Springmill Kindercare and have been here since 2022. The center did experience a lot of staffing issues and turnover in 2022 into 2023, and went through three center directors.
