Spring Meadows Care Center is a small facility with a lot of character. The staff cares about the residents and building and working hard to care for the residents the best they can focusing on what is best for the residents. The team is easy to work with and welcomes anyone coming through the door.
Lionstone Care is a joke ! Horrible company !
I worked here for 2 years and it was an amazing place to work and live! Then the new company started firing long term employees and replacing them with people who have no idea what they are doing ! The whole building is just agency now, and I fear for the residents ! Corporate guy (Noah) doesn’t have a lick of empathy in his entire body, they refuse to buy a company vehicle to transport residents in or give their staff competitive wages !
