Molly & her team are extremely organized, responsive and were on top of our file! Our closing hit some road bumps due to late requests/delayed processing on the lenders side but Molly handled the needed extension professionally and pushed our lender to process our application in order to protect us as her clients but also of course get the sale closed for the sake of the sellers as well!
