We live here. Over 50s lifestyle resort. Great place to live with lots of activities. Golf course, 2 magnesium pools, bowling greens, cinema etc. No renters, owner occupied. Pet friendly.
I love living at the Over 50's Village at Avoca, Bundaberg. It is a gated community, close to Sugarland Shopping Centre , Spotlight, airport and Bunnings. The neighbours are great, and I have made some lovely new friends... The Lake House is great for functions, and Happy Hour on Friday afternoons. A lot of interest in lawn bowls (3 times a week), and also the 9-hole golf course. Cards, mahjong and games are played several times a week. The craft ladies use the craft room twice a week.
