Everything ran smoothly during our wedding day & we couldn’t be happier with how things worked out the day of. Be patient with email responses as it can take time to hear back, but everything went exactly as planned.

DO NOT USE!! I booked Spring Lake Trolley more than a year in advance for my wedding. I had wanted a trolley on my wedding day ever since I was a young girl. The day of my wedding, a party bus pulled up to pick me up. I explained to the driver he had the wrong party and he said no I am here for you. The bus was from a completely different company. Spring lake trolley did not try to call us at all to explain a party bus would be coming. This was extremely disappointing. I followed up with them the next day and they never resp... read more

I used Spring Lake Trolley Company for my wedding this past November and they were awesome !! Showed up early, had a speaker and music playing, and we never felt rushed. When we took pictures they waited for us and then brought us to the reception. After the reception they sent shuttles to pick up our guests and bring us to the after party. Could not reccomend a better Trolley service in Monmouth county. Highly reccomend !

Horrible experience. Seems like there is a new manager every week. Impossible to get in contact with anyone. Planned on booking a trolley to bring us to Tap House after our wedding. Took about a month to get ahold of someone to actually book this. A week before the wedding I tried to confirm that we were good to go and still cannot get in touch with anyone. I left voicemails for the owner and texted him over the course of 4 days and no response. They don't even deserve 1 star, but I had to rate it for this to be able to post... read more
