Our son was accused of hitting other kids unprovoked while I was in the class my son standing facing the door another kid run and hit my son and run away I pointed this to the two teachers in room neither one of them said anything. So I went and spoke to the director at that time and everything stopped. When that director left and a new one came the report started again. We had an extremely disappointing experience at this KinderCare after the former director left and the assistant was promoted. From the start, my mama gut told me things weren’t right. The staff consistently called our daughter by the wrong name and disregarded her food allergy, even after we provided safe meals for her. Quite often, I would walk in and see the toddlers standing just a foot away from the tablet, watching shows rather than learning and playing. My son was only here for 3 weeks total (and was absent 5 of those days) and it was an awful experience all around. Unprofessional directors, incapable staff, lack of communication, among many other things… I’d advise looking elsewhere for childcare.

Do not send your kiddo here if they are ASD. They are not trained properly and are no kind to our kiddos.

This center has been amazing with helping my son. He has the biggest smile in the morning when he knows he is going on the car ride to the school! He learns so much every day, and looks like he is always doing activities to keep him focused and entertained. The center has awesome instructors that help in any way they can, and they always post updates on what he is doing that day that I always look forward to!
