Lovely care home tucked away in small village, great views
I am currently working at spring house the team I work with are fantastic team any newbies that are interested in working in spring house I would say go for it its a good experience and I' enjoy my work my colleagues are great and my resident manager and care managers always there to advise 👀👍👍👍
I have worked at the home for a year now, started on days and worked with a lovely bunch of people, then moved to nights, it’s a lovely team of girls and boys, clients are wonderful and the home is friendly and welcoming to new staff, new clients and family.
