Food is yuk. Understaffed. Nothing to do after dinner,place shuts down. Mr T is a gem. Judy, our spunky activity director, is wonderful. No maintenance at night . good luck. Major temperature problems in dining room, stifling or freezing and they can't get it fixed Nursing is nothing more than giving pills
This community is warm and inviting from the moment you walk through the front door. I recently brought a client in for a tour, and she was treated so warmly and kindly by the team there. Moving a loved one is not an easy decision and it's important to me that the families I work with are treated with empathy and understanding during this process. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming place for their family member. Chris, the Director and Lisa, the office administrator were amazing to work with and very informative. Not only were they amazing, but the staff and residents were happy and friendly which meant a lot;as you can tell a lot about a place by how the staff and residents interact. The place was clean and the food was REAL food, not the pre-packaged crap you see at other places. 5 stars..
I came in over the weekend and met the Executive Director. He introduced himself as Chris and after spending some time talking about the reason that I came to start looking at a place for my Aunt Maureen. He made me feel so comfortable and took the time to ask me such deep questions and really got to know all my concerns and a great deal about my beloved aunt.
