Spring Hills Singing Woods - Assisted Senior Living Facility

The memory care programming at Spring Hills Singing Woods is not as described on their website. Residents are left mostly on their own while staff spends their time in the nursing office. Management is seriously inexperienced and staff is not trained to appropriately intervene in resident behaviors. Staff frequently call us in the evenings and on the weekends asking us to come to the facility to care for our loved one. The unit is locked and that is the extent of their memory care programming.

My mother stayed at Springhill Singing Woods for about 14 months until she died in February 2025. Mary was treated with kindness and dignity during her stay there. I considered it a blessing when I found Springhill for Mary, but I didn't know at the time the scope of this blessing. Everyone there treated all the residents with respect. I called in to schedule a time to tour the facility and Beth promptly accommodated me. She was extremely knowledgable and welcoming. This is a fantastic community tucked away with a private feel and beautiful trees. I definitely recommend anyone that is looking to move a loved one into assisted living to add this to your list to check out!
