My mother stayed at Springhill Singing Woods for about 14 months until she died in February 2025. Mary was treated with kindness and dignity during her stay there. I considered it a blessing when I found Springhill for Mary, but I didn't know at the time the scope of this blessing. Everyone there treated all the residents with respect. Mary had a difficult life, but her last 14 months of her life she was blessed by the wonderful staff at Springhill! She experienced love and compassion during her entire stay. I called in to schedule a time to tour the facility and Beth promptly accommodated me. She was extremely knowledgable and welcoming. This is a fantastic community tucked away with a private feel and beautiful trees. I definitely recommend anyone that is looking to move a loved one into assisted living to add this to your list to check out!

Not a good place to work. Management sits high & looks down on employees. They do smoke-screen mgmt. Focusing on small issues when there a MUCH bigger fish to fry. It’s a dictatorship ran by women who are spiteful & vindictive. Mgmt always sides with mgmt & only asks questions regarding incidents to those who are going to corroborate their side of the story.
