My mother-in-law is at this facility, but when the family tries to contact the facility during and after operation hours the front desk transfers the call. Once transferred we always have to leave a message. No one calls back. What kind of facility does that? I'm not impressed with the non communication. We don't know what's going on untill we visit. For some of my family we travel over 150 miles weekly. This is in sane!

My experience in this establishment has been nothing but great. All the staff are very kind and caring. I would recommend to my family to come here.

Came here as an agency staff and the first time I came they were understaffed. 14 patients to 1 aide, we the aides were only giving 4 towels to use for am care on our 14 patients. Work load is heavy and it’s unfair for the residents and the CNAs because the residents can’t get the quality care they need. Nurses don’t help answer the call bells knowing they’re short. Would never return here as a worker. Feel bad for the residents because some are really nice and patient.

It has been okay all in all. I got the physical therapy I needed and learned a lot with the therapists.

Spring Hills Post Acute Care Princeton has been caring for my 90+ year old Mom since September 2022. I am moved by the level of care, quality of community, activities, and communication amongst the staff. The residents are happy and active and friendly with each other. It is a great relief to know that Mom is in such good hands.
