State of the Art Facility that is run by an Agency. Staff did nothing. My mother couldn't get out of bed. We had to go and change and bathe her. No one came when the buzzer was pushed. Director of Nursing personally came and saw the wounds inflicted on my mother by neglect and sitting in her own urine for hours on end. She said she would get to the bottom of it and when I came back hours later, she was soaked through everything! DO NOT BRING ANYONE YOU LOVE TO THIS PLACE! My family member is in the facility and when asked for help, the staff said they are under staffed, don't have the appropriate supplies to perform care, and the male staff member huffed right in front of the resident and family prior to emptying the overflowing urinal. To say this is unprofessional is an understatement, this is neglect. Do not recommend.
