Terrible service, they lost my dads belongings and comfort meds after his 5 night respite.. zero care or concern... I work in the industry and would never recommend this place
Do not, I repeat DO NOT admit your loved ones to this rehab. Been dealing with the vent unit and this rehab is grossly negligent. Many layers of issues at this facility. Understaffed is an understatement. Nurse to patient ratio is 10 patients to one nurse, standard protocol per state guidelines is 5 patients per nurse, hence the high number of patients leaving out in body bags. Run! RUN! RUN! .my fil needed short term rehab after a rather sudden decline from complete independence. We were presented with little choice since he is on 5l oxygen. First impression was fine. Nice people. All introduced us. Reassured. Then the truth appeared. Next morning Speech therapist saw him. Then leaned in whispered Get out of here this place is horrible.
