Visited my cousin the nurse behind the desk on the floor where Alexis Garcia stays. She totally ignored me talking to her. She never lifted her head to hear me out. On the cell phone in her mode. My cousin seating in feses for over two hours. Never turned just laying there. I can just imagine him having sores. A patient should be turned every 2 hours. He should have an air mattress. I can report you to Ocha. I'm waiting to see improvement. Thank You!!!
My MIL is at Spring Hills suffering from dementia and is in the early stages. the staff is excellent. Update 1/26 The management is horrible, nobody knows how to do their job, there's only a couple good nurses and the rest do the bare minimum. See residents that are neglected sitting in their wheelchair wearing soiled clothes. Have to come and clean the room, change the bed sheets ourself. Always see different nurses so they must change hands frequently.
