We have been here for 5 days and everyone so far has been very kind and very responsive . I am very happy with the care my wife is receiving here.
I had such a pleasant experience at Meadowbrook respiratory center. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked through the door. The doctors and respiratory therapists were very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. Never send your loved ones here ! They Never answer the phones. The nursing stations are usually empty ,,no staff to ask questions about your family: care staff are playing on their phones and you need to wait for them to reply.. Residents are calling for nurse !nurse! no one comes to them.. residents are left in dirty diapers for hours On weekends the beds are not done. They claim they are “short staffed “ the rooms are filthy i’ve gone on several visits to visit my relative and found other people‘s laundry and name labels ... read more
