Needing to find care for my elderly grandmother filled me with fear, anxiety and so much guilt. All of my fears were put aside when I met with the administrative staff. I was met with nothing but advice, guidance and a truly caring attitude. Once she moved into the facility Nick and his team of caregivers far exceeded my expectations. The 100th birthday celebration bash thrown by Spring Hills Park Ridge for Elizabeth Walsh complete with fire and police drive by and proclamation from the mayor was outstanding. The care shown by the staff was attentive caring and warm. You couldn't ask for more. KATHY park Ridge Living
Mom has been at Assisted Living since August 2020. While there are things that I’m not 100% happy about, I’m confident a new management team will be able to address those concerns. What’s most important is that Mom seems well cared for and has made several friends in a very short time. Furthermore, the facility has done a great job during Covid and I expect them to continue to do so. Meg, Just to let you know we got a call from Tesly with the follow up information on mom's eating. I always feel comfortable talking with her about mom's care. I also had a very nice and informative conversation with Sara the Dietitian about her observations and recommendations with respect to mom's weight and eating habits. You have a great staff!
